I have been teaching this forever in our local group meetings real estate investors and I was talking to a client mentoring and I think they have not been pushing the concept far enough. Now, he wants to buy a house and do not have a list of buyers rather than being able to quickly convert the agreement, so there are questions … and for good reason.

A big, strong buyers list gives you the confidence to buy.

In a seller’s market, sellers have the advantage and find buyers for their properties has been much easier, but having a list of buyers, investors, leasing, buyers and tenants of Waiting for your next company is very important when the market changes and becomes a buyer’s market. So when I say that buyers of the list, I mean their end users, whether investors, tenants, buyers, tenants, buyers direct.

So when should you start building that list of buyers? Yesterday would have been nice, but certainly once.

How can you build a list of buyers, especially when you do not have a property to sell? Well, I can recommend a certain way and may vary slightly depending on the type of list you are trying to build:

1. To find investors, please contact all persons who have property to rent in local newspapers and classified ads sites.

2. To find investors, the local network as a meeting of investors in the group.

3. To find investors, mailed to absentee owners in your market.

4. To find tenants and tenant purchasers of small ads that you are considering buying. Alternatively, get permission from owners to help them find a tenant for free.


Therefore, there are 4 quick ways to find some investors and start building your own list of buyers to help you be more successful investor in real estate.
